Q: How big are the Bounce Houses?
A: Our Bounce Houses have a large 15'x15' bounce area. The outside dimensions vary - see the detail pages of the equipment for outside dimensions
Q: How many children can fit in a bouncer?
A: Generally speaking, between 5 and 8 kids at one time. It will depend on the age as well.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Pricing is subject to change at any time. We try to keep our prices as reasonable as possible. For current pricing, call (770) 485-4524
Q: Are the bouncers clean?
A: Yes. All About That Bounce rental units are thoroughly cleaned between each use. We are committed to making sure that your children have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play. In addition to cleaning, we also safety check and troubleshoot all equipment before it goes out to another client. This way, you are always guaranteed a unit that is safe, clean and in good working order.
Q: It's pretty hot outside. Does it get hot inside the inflatables?
A: Actually, it stays very comfortable inside the equipment. The moonwalks lose air with every bounce (that is what makes them bouncy - the loss and refilling of air!) so it is usually breezy and cool inside. Plus, each moonwalk has a roof that shades the bounce area.
Q: What if it rains?
A: We do not operate our moonwalks in high winds or rain. If recent weather has caused the bounce area to become muddy, you will need to locate an alternate location. We cannot set up in rain or high winds. Safety is our first concern.
If your event may be canceled due to weather, you will be called 2 hours in advance. You may cancel at this time.

Q: Do you deliver to my area?
A: We currently deliver and set up within 10 miles of Dallas, Georgia (30132). Additional fee may apply for service outside our normal delivery area.
Q: How much room do I need?
A: Since the units vary in size, please check the detail page for the size of your unit and add at least 1 foot around the perimeter. Also, if you're not sure what size your yard is, you can measure it or "walk it off" heel to toe in a man's shoe (it'll be about 1 foot per step) to approximate. If you can imagine two parked cars side by side in your set up area, most likely we can fit the unit of your choice in that area. Also, most 2 car driveways can accommodate most units. Don't forget your vertical clearance! You'll need an area free of low wires and branches, about 16-17 feet high.
Q: How much room do you need to bring the bouncer in?
A: A standard walk through gate is fine. We bring the unit rolled up and wheel it in on a standard hand truck (dolly). If a person can comfortably walk through, we can fit the bouncer through too!
Q: Can you set up on my driveway?
A: Yes. We prefer to set up in a lawn or grassy area if possible because it is easier to secure the unit but we can set up in a parking lot, driveway, or other hard surface. We will not set up on a gravel driveway.
If you have a 2 car width driveway, most likely our bouncer will fit. A slight slope is not a problem. Typically, we will place the entrance of the unit at the top of any slope.
Q: My yard slopes a bit - will that be OK?
A: Yes. A slight slope is not a problem. Typically, we will place the entrance of the unit at the top of any slope. If the slope is more than a little, we may not be able to set up in that location. Your installer may request an alternate location so please have one in mind. The safety of the children is the most important consideration when selecting a setup area.
Q: Does it need electricity? How much does it use?
A: Yes. Your electrical outlet needs to be within 75' of the inflatable. If you do not have power close by, consider renting a generator. We have a generator that we will rent out as well.
